TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ROSE N POSE

1. The hirer (“You”) have read and understood all questions and information regarding the use and hire of Rose N Pose Flower Wall(s) and equipment.

2. You acknowledge that you as the hirer have receive adequate instruction on the correct use of the equipment by Rose N Pose, which includes demonstration of verbal or written instructions.

3. You agree to use the flower wall/s and equipment only for its intended purpose.

4. You agree that you must ensure the event location/site are clear for the use of hire provided by Rose N Pose

5. You agree to the safe installation, placement, hire and pack up of the flower wall/s that are clear of obstructions at your specified location.

6. You agree to pay the required non-refundable deposit (50% of total booking) as stated by Rose N Pose prior to your event date.

7. The hiring of the flower wall/s will commence from the commencement date specified on your invoice and continue for the term specified.

8. You will allow Rose N Pose to observe any damages to the flower wall/s and equipment used after your event. If the flower wall/s or equipment are damaged in any way, you agree for Rose N Pose to seek payment from you for the damage(s) incurred.

9. You agree to pay the complete amount due to Rose N Pose at least 4 weeks prior to your stated event date. Should you not pay the outstanding amount Rose N Pose is entitled to terminate the agreement and retain the deposit.

10. If there is a cancellation, you agree to inform Rose N Pose within 7 days of your event. Should you not inform us within 7 days, Rose N Pose is entitled to terminate the agreement and retain the payment/s. In the event of a cancellation your deposit is non-refundable and will therefore be retained. Should you need to change the date of your event we will endeavour to provide the items you require for your new date, however we cannot be held responsible if the new date is not available and the deposit is retained. We recommend that you purchase wedding/event insurance to cover any losses in the event of cancellation.

11. Rose N Pose or any representative thereof, may restrict or prohibit use of the flower wall/s during the period of hire, if they determine in their absolute discretion that the flower wall/s are being misused, used in a dangerous manner, used in a manner that may damage the flower wall/s or otherwise not used in accordance with Rose N Pose instructions.

12. You shall not remove or attempt to reposition the flower wall/s and/or equipment after the installation without consent from Rose N Pose.

13. You shall directly inform Rose N Pose to any loss or damages suffered as a direct or indirect result of use of the flower wall/s or equipment.

14. During the period of hire of the flower wall/s and/or equipment, you take full responsibility as the hirer, and it is your risk with other guests and invitees that use the flower walls.

15. You shall be responsible to manage the flower wall/s appropriately. Rose N Pose suggest an enclosed shelter (i.e. patio, marquee, garage etc.) in respect to unpredictable weather conditions.

16. You agree that there may be a travel surcharge (depending on location) for your event, as Rose N Pose is based in Windsor Berkshire.

17. You agree that if there are parking fees (e.g. hotel parking or metered parking) whilst travelling to your specified venue/location, you are required to cover these expenses for Rose N Pose.

18. You agree to inform Rose N Pose of the correct location, date and time of the event. If any additional hours/days of hiring is required, you must inform Rose N Pose and extension of the period must be agreed and additional charges are to be made instantly.

19. Rose N Pose will not be held responsible for circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event. This can include, but are not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of our vehicles, sickness or equipment failure. In the case that we cannot attend or fulfil your hire due to events beyond our control, we will contact you or the venue as soon as possible. In these instances, our liability will be limited to refunding hire amount paid by you as the hirer.

20. Rose N Pose reserves the right to use any photography of our products and services taken during the hire period. Any photography will be used for promotional purposes on our website and/or social media. If you have any objections to this, please let us know in writing prior to your event.

21. Public Liability Insurance -We can provide a copy of our insurance policy certificate to you or your venue, please email us for more information on why you might need this.

22. Once service is completed, all payments are final and non-refundable.
